For our face-to-face events, here are our workshop terms and conditions. Terms for our online workshops are included in the online programmes themselves.

Cancellation Policy

Given the amount of work and arrangements that need to be put in place well ahead of any event we arrange, we operate a strict cancellation policy.

We do understand, of course, that life sometimes throws us a curveball and you may need to cancel your place. If you cancel over 30 days before the event, we will be happy to reimburse you as we will hope to resell your ticket.

If you cancel within one month of the workshop date, you will incur a 100% charge and your fee will not be refunded. We will be very happy to welcome someone in your place if you arrange this and let us know ahead of the event.

Please only sign up to a workshop if you are fully committed to attending. That makes it more fun for everyone!
